The first lot of honey from our bees was given to us by the beekeeper today, the rest is going to be creamed. We are straining some to get out the wax, but man, it tastes good just like this!
I am always looking for better methods of extracting the wax. I have found simmering it and straining three times is the best way so far but you do waste a bit of honey in the process. I will have to try straining it this way, as I love the beeswax in moisturisers :D
